Course Overview:

This course is specifically designed for medical professionals who require a two-year Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. The AHA’s BLS Course provides essential skills for saving lives in cases of cardiac arrest. Participants will learn both single-rescuer and team-based basic life support techniques for in-facility environments, with a strong emphasis on high-quality CPR and effective team dynamics.

• Student Manual Requirement:
  All students must obtain a student manual prior to the course. This manual serves as both a resource during the class and a reference for the multiple-choice examination.

• SJ Wayne - Nursing Administration Office

For Non-Employees:
Non-employees must purchase the study materials (Basic Life Support Provider Manual, ISBN: 978-1-61669-768-6) from a bookseller of their choice.
